ABOUT OUR COACHES
Coach Dan is a Black Belt first degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He has competed extensively in gi, no gi and is also an undefeated MMA fighter. He has been a professional coach for over 10 years and has made hundreds of champions. Dan’s classes are taught in English.
Dan 是一位柔術黑帶一段教練，同時也是 Catch Jiu Jitsu 創辦人以及總教練。他有著豐富且卓越的道服以及無道服比賽經歷 在 MMA (綜合格鬥)比賽更是一位有著不敗佳績的選手。身為一位執教10多年的職業教練，他創造了數百位冠軍選手。課程英文授課。
No Gi Jiu Jitsu is known to be faster, more dynamic. You’ll learn to really control and pressure your opponent before being able to submit them. No Gi BJJ is a great way to learn how to attack your opponent as he does not have a Gi to help you. You can wear shorts and a t-shirt to try out a class but please don’t wear anything with zippers on them as this can be dangerous.
無道服柔術以有著更快的速度以及更多變化的機能性技巧而聞名。在降伏對手前你需要學會真正的控制以有效的壓制住對手，無道服因為沒有道服槓桿原理的幫助，所以它需要有更精確且更多控制點的技術去擊敗對手。參與課堂可以穿著運動短褲以及輕便上衣，但請勿穿著有拉鍊或金屬尖銳物的服裝，這將會有危險性。
